I loved the rustic charm and the beautiful surroundings of the place. The food was decent but overpriced. However, I felt the dining options were limited, so be prepared for that.

Staying at this place with my family, including our little babies, was a delightful experience. We loved the breathtaking scenery and took part in the incredible ecotours. The staff were very accommodating, helping us find activities that were perfect for our kids.

In my wife’s opinion, more family-friendly activities would be great.

The hotel doesn’t accept cash, which led to some frustrations with foreign transaction fees on my credit card. I had some issues with the room too. the front door barely opened, and I ended up flooding the bathroom every time I showered due to a poor tile job. At night, it got really cold and the bedding was minimal. just a top sheet, which wasn’t enough to keep me warm. Even though there were some negatives, the tranquil setting and the accommodating staff made it a decent stay overall.
